1. Bingle and her former boyfriend Sam Worthington was arrested in New York City for assaulting Sheng Li a paparazzo in February 2014. He was been assaulted for kicking Lara in the shin 


2. Bingle had started the proceedings against Brendan Fevola following the publication of n*ude photo in March 2010 in the occasion of Woman's Day magazine. She had accused him for defamating and misusing her image at the time of their on going relationship


3. Bingle was sentenced to jail for six months for driving with the same driving suspension in two more occasions in October and November 2013. She was also fined with $3,500 and was served 18 month good behaviour bond and 12 month driving ban for injuring a female motorcyclist in a traffic incident and ran away from the scene in May 2012 in Bondi. Her driving license was also suspended for committing six driving offenses in 2012
